Our simple four step process helps your business get the website you want – on time, and on budget. Here’s how it works:
1. Proposal
Our proposal covers the following: your initial requirements, a description of our website process, a proposed site map, estimated costs and timeline, and client references for you to contact.
In this stage, we evaluate your requirements and gather all the necessary information to give you an accurate estimate of time and costs. You will find approximate estimates in this proposal and we will provide a final estimate after confirming the details with you.
2. Design
The first major step is to create the new site design. Our web designer will create a new homepage mockup for you to review. You will have the opportunity to provide us with detailed feedback and changes. Once the basic template is approved, we will mockup most of the remaining site pages for you to review.
3. Build
Once the site has been mocked up and you approve the design, we will begin building your site. You get to sit back and relax – we do the heavy lifting! Once the site has been built, you will review a “beta” site that is not yet launched or publicly available. We will also provide basic training on how to use the various systems during this step. When you approve the beta site, the site is ready to launch.
4. Launch
Once the site has launched, we will provide you with monthly Google Analytics statistics to help you analyze your traffic and marketing goals. We also offer maintenance and online marketing services for your website on an ongoing basis.
